Fine Art Photography - image manipulation

Fine art photography is first about the Artist, second about the subject, and third about technique.

So please keep in mind that:

  1. The photographs here represent the vision, creativity and imagination of the Artist.
  2. These images are NOT documentary photographs, they are created as a work of art.
  3. Art photographs are not 100% real. Art is an artifice, an invention, the product of the imagination and the creativity of the Artist.
  4. You should appreciate them for their beauty or emotional power.
  5. While most of them do represent the reality, many of the images are manipulated in different manners using various of techniques, settings, filters and software.
  6. These manipulation include but not limited to:
    • Enhancing and optimizing
    • White balance, color, exposure and contrast adjustments
    • Time - lapsing, stretching and compressing
    • Light - painting, squeezing and farming
